Again top-faculty paper award for Jochen Peter and Patti Valkenburg

May 2009. For the second time in a row, Jochen Peter and Patti Valkenburg have won the top-faculty paper award of the Communication Theory and Methodology section of the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC).

 

May 2009. For the second time in a row, Jochen Peter and Patti Valkenburg have won the top-faculty paper award of the Communication Theory and Methodology section of the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC).  Among 122 submissions, the anonymous reviewers ranked Peter and Valkenburg’s paper entitled “Adolescents' Use of Sexually Explicit Internet Material and Sexual Uncertainty: The Role of Transportation and Gender” as number one paper. Peter and Valkenburg will receive their award at the annual conference of the AEJMC, which is held in Boston in August.
